Theme: Look up #secondchance and you will find a wide range of results from clothing stores to animal shelters to people telling their stories. When second chances are offered, new hope can be found. Come to be reminded of the God who opens doors, twice.

“Where can I go from your spirit? Or where can I flee from your presence?” the Psalmist asked (Psalm 139:7). In the season of Lent, we are reminded that even when we find ourselves in the worst situations imaginable, God is still with us. Come to hear the incredible tale of Jonah’s traverse into the belly of the fish, and God’s faithful love even at this depth.

What do you think of when you hear the name Jonah? Perhaps a giant whale comes to mind or the VeggieTales movie. The Biblical Book of Jonah is one that has captured the imagination of all ages. During Lent this year we will adventuring along with Jonah as we remind ourselves of God’s great love and redemption, especially when we find ourselves adrift at sea.
